These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the infoTok mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Pedro Proni, an independent app developer based in Brazil ("we", "us"). By downloading or using infoTok you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
infoTok is an independent analytics and creator‑workflow tool. It helps creators understand publicly available trend signals — such as popular hashtags, sounds, videos and, where available, products — by country and niche, and offers analytics and AI‑assisted script suggestions to help plan their own content.
infoTok is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. We reference "TikTok" only to identify the source of publicly available information (nominative fair use); we claim no rights in TikTok's trademarks, logos or content, all of which belong to their respective owners, and we do not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by TikTok. infoTok does not reproduce, mirror, or compete with TikTok's own services or products — it provides independent analysis and workflow tools built on top of publicly available information.
You must be at least 18 years old to use infoTok. Creating an account is optional; if you do, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate others.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to violate any law or the terms of TikTok or any third party; (b) attempt to access, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (c) resell, redistribute, or create a competing product from the data provided; or (d) misuse the AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Trend data consists of publicly available information aggregated by independent third‑party data providers; it is not obtained from TikTok directly or through TikTok's developer or commercial services. It is provided for informational purposes only, and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate — past performance of a trend does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on it.
Scripts and suggestions produced by the AI generator are automated outputs based on the inputs you provide. They may contain errors and are provided as a starting point only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring any content you publish complies with applicable laws and platform rules. Subject to these Terms, you own the outputs you generate for your own use.
The infoTok app, its design, and its original content are owned by Pedro Proni and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or reverse‑engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pedro Proni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in‑app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer‑protection rights in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notified in‑app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
